Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PostLogic AI, a product operated by Field Logic Systems ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PostLogic AI is an AI-powered social media promotion platform that generates posts, discovers leads, and auto-publishes content across multiple platforms including TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. PostLogic AI provides automated content creation, scheduling, cross-platform publishing, audience analytics, and lead discovery through social listening.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Each account is for a single user or organization; sharing credentials is prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
PostLogic AI offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed monthly. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to suspend access for unpaid invoices after a 7-day grace period.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Send unsolicited spam via our social media features
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints
- Post content that violates any third-party platform's terms of service
- Use automated content generation to spread misinformation, harassment, or hate speech
- Create fake accounts or artificially inflate engagement metrics on social platforms
Violation may result in immediate suspension.
6. TikTok Integration
PostLogic AI integrates with TikTok's API to enable content publishing and account analytics. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize PostLogic AI to post content on your behalf as a draft or directly to your profile, subject to your explicit approval. We access only the scopes you authorize (user.info.basic, video.upload). You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the Settings page. Your use of the TikTok integration is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Field Logic Systems. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. Content generated by PostLogic AI on your behalf is owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party platform terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments) and social media platforms (TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or content moderation decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELD LOGIC SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM CONTENT PUBLISHED VIA POSTLOGIC AI OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in the State of Minnesota.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
